1. Steps to Request Deletion To delete your account, the user must use this method:

Email: Send a message from the email address associated with your account to info@finan360.com with the subject “Account deletion request”.

We will process your request within a maximum of 48-72 business hours.
2. Data that is Permanently Deleted Upon processing the deletion of your account, the following data will be erased from our servers and associated third-party services:

Identity: Full name and email address (via Firebase Auth).

User Identifiers: Unique user IDs linked to your profile.

Financial Data: All your tracked savings, created goals, and customized categories securely stored in our Firebase database will be permanently removed.

Subscription Data: Your linking history with the premium service within the subscription database (this action is irreversible, and you will lose access to Pro features).
3. Data Retained and Retention Periods In accordance with current legal regulations, there is certain data that cannot be deleted immediately:

Financial Transactions: Payment and subscription records are retained on Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and Paddle platforms indefinitely for tax audits, legal compliance, and fraud prevention. Finan360 does not directly store or possess this data.

Error Logs and Analytics: Anonymous technical data (such as crash logs or usage statistics) is retained in an aggregated manner, unlinked from your personal identity, to improve the application’s performance.
