1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using Finan360, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service Finan360 provides cross-platform tools (Apple, Android, and Web) designed for tracking savings and financial goals, utilizing secure cloud synchronization.

3. Acceptable Use You agree to use our application strictly for lawful purposes.

  • User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the financial data and goals you create.

  • Disclaimer: Rodriguez Santos Soluciones Web, SRL assumes no responsibility for the content, accuracy, or legality of the information you input into the platform.

4. Payment Modalities and Subscriptions

4.1. Access Types Finan360 offers different modalities of access to our PRO features:

  • Recurring Subscription: Plans (Monthly or Annual) featuring automatic renewal.

  • Lifetime Access (One-Time Payment): Permanent access requiring no automatic renewal.

4.2. Rules for One-Time Payments If you acquire a Lifetime pass via a one-time payment:

  • The payment is processed only once.

  • Your payment method will not be stored for future recurring charges.

  • There is no need to manually cancel anything, as there is no active recurring subscription.

4.3. Rules for Recurring Subscriptions If you explicitly select a “Subscription” plan:

  • The service will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.

  • You can cancel the renewal at any time directly from your account settings or the respective app store to prevent the next charge.

4.4. Payment Processing

  • All transactions are securely managed by our authorized payment providers (Paddle for Web, Apple App Store, and Google Play Store).

  • We do not store or process your full banking or credit card details on our servers.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • “As-Is” Service: The service is provided strictly on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be 100% error-free or uninterrupted at all times.

  • Liability Cap: Rodriguez Santos Soluciones Web, SRL shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including potential data loss.

  • Recommendation: We highly recommend always maintaining a personal backup of your important financial records.

6. Software Intellectual Property The visual interface, platform design, branding, logo, and custom code of this application are the exclusive intellectual property of Rodriguez Santos Soluciones Web, SRL.

7. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of said jurisdiction.
